1. First day on assignment:

• Text/Call Express before you go into the facility to let us know you are there.
• Text/Call Express when you are finished the first day, so we know how you made out.

1. If you have an extreme emergency and need to call off work, you must contact Express via text or call us at 717-718-4473 and the client company you are working for asap. Unless the job description tells you to only contact Express. Hold onto your job description so you have the company's contact information handy. You must leave your name, the company you are working for, reason for your call off and a number to reach you at.
2. This is your time to shine at our clients for possibly a long-term position, so ATTITUDE, ATTENDANCE, and JOB PERFORMANCE ARE ABSOLUTELY CRUCIAL, to move forward with our client's and for Express! Do not call off, go in late or leave early within the first 90-120 days or your assignment may be ended.
3. If you call off or do not show up on your first day on your assignment and have attendance issues, Express would be extremely limited in working with you on future assignments. Please try to have the best attendance you can without being late, calling off or leaving early. This reflects directly on you and Express.

Position: TIG Welder

Job Description:

Job Summary
Assigned to the Welding department; candidate must maintain a high level of productivity and safety awareness while working as part of a team to produce customer assemblies.

Summary of Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities

• Interpret shop prints to determine and locate parts.
• Assemble and tack tube bundles using pre-cut carbon steel tubes and tube sheets.
• TIG weld tubes to tube sheets.
• In the event of failure at pressure test, fix any leaks.
• Communicate with team members to coordinate current and upcoming jobs, as the workload may be split.
• Perform as-you-go quality checks and piece counts to ensure proper quantities.

Minimum Requirements
• 3 years prior TIG welding experience

Hours: 1st shift: 5am-3:00pm but require flexibility either before or after shift (8 hours with unpaid 30 min break)

Dress code: Jeans/T-shirt, steel toed shoes, nothing offensive, no Jewelry, no holes, rips or tears

Length of assignment: Evaluation Hire (temp to hire) depending on job performance, attitude, and attendance

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr

Timesheets:

Remember our pay period runs Monday through Sunday unless specified differently from our client.

Pay Day:

Every Friday for direct deposit and debit cards. If you choose to have a physical paycheck, Express will automatically mail out your paycheck weekly. You should receive it by Saturday or Monday depending on the mail carrier, sometimes sooner.

• Sign up for direct deposit or a Money Network debit card. It takes 2-3 weeks to take effect. Normally a penny is deposited in your bank account the week before your direct deposit will take effect. You will get a paper check in the meantime.
• Please make sure if you have moved, to let us know your most current address. We are not responsible for lost checks.
