What You'll Do:
- Perform MIG, TIG, and/or stick welding on steel, stainless, or aluminum components
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols
- Inspect welds for accuracy and quality
- Maintain equipment and work area to company safety and cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to meet production goals
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ year of welding experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and use basic measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Dependable attendance and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow with our team
