Job Duties
- Perform general construction and site preparation work
- Use hand tools including shovels, rakes, wheelbarrows, picks, and concrete tools
- Operate power tools such as cut-off saws, chainsaws, plate tampers, and transits
- Assist with concrete, excavation, grading, and utility projects
- Operate equipment including skid steers, excavators, tracked buggies, dump trucks, and trailers
- Load, unload, and transport materials as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Follow all company safety procedures and regulations
Qualifications
- Previous construction, landscaping, excavation, or labor experience preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and equipment operation is a plus
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical labor throughout the day
- Willingness to learn new skills, techniques, and processes
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Skills Required
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE usage
- Ability to properly use and maintain jobsite tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow directions and work independently when needed
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
