Schedule: Split Swing shifts 12:30-8:30 pm
Starting Pay: $25/hour

Possesses working knowledge of CNC machinery, including basic programming, setup, and troubleshooting. Key Skills:
- Tool and die maintenance
- CNC machine operation (basic programming, setup, and offsets)
- Blueprint reading and GD&T
- Precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, indicators)
- Preventive and corrective maintenance
- Troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Basic CAD/CAM understanding (optional, depending on experience)
Typical Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair tooling components used in production.
- Assist in CNC machine setup and verify tooling is correct for the job.
- Monitor tool wear and perform tool changes as needed.
- Collaborate with engineering and production to improve tool performance and lifespan.
- Interpret mechanical drawings and specifications for accurate tool adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all tooling operations.
