Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking individual to join our team as a Forklift & Tractor Operator for Cull Produce Delivery. This role is responsible for safely loading cull produce using a forklift, transporting it using a tractor and dump trailer to designated cattle pastures, and ensuring all equipment is properly maintained. The ideal candidate will have experience operating tractors and forklifts, a strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Load cull produce into a dump trailer using a forklift.
Drive a tractor with attached dump trailer to cattle pastures and unload produce.
Perform daily cleaning, servicing, and general upkeep of the tractor, trailer, and forklift.
Promptly report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to the Warehouse Assistant Manager or Maintenance Manager.
Maintain compliance with food safety standards and hygiene protocols.
Keep up with scheduled tasks and maintain efficiency throughout the workday.
Qualifications:
Experience operating tractors, dump trailers, and forklifts.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines consistently.
Physically able to stand, walk, bend, and perform manual labor for extended periods.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

Must be punctual and dependable.
