- Active ARRT + TN state radiation license
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience within your modality
As a Travel Neuro IR Technologist, you will be a critical member of a specialized team, assisting in minimally invasive, image-guided procedures for stroke intervention, aneurysm repair, and other neurovascular treatments. Your expertise in advanced imaging and patient care will directly contribute to life-saving interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate fluoroscopy and biplane imaging systems to assist in neurovascular procedures such as thrombectomies, aneurysm coiling, and carotid stenting.
- Ensure precise imaging to guide neurointerventionalists in treating complex cerebrovascular conditions.
- Maintain a sterile field and adhere to strict radiation safety protocols.
- Prepare contrast media, monitor patient responses, and document procedural details.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and medical teams to optimize patient outcomes.
