Siemens Healthineers is currently seeking candidates for an Ultrasound Technologist position that will provide support in Red Wing, MN. This is a travel healthcare contract assignment with a high likelihood of extension and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Job Details
  • Location: Red Wing, MN
  • Modality: Ultrasound (Abdomen, OB/GYN, Breast and Vascular)
  • Schedule: Mon-Fri, Varied daytime hours 7am-5pm (40-hour work week)
    • Rotating On-call Coverage Monday through Thursday 5pm-7am
    • Rotating On-Call Weekend Coverage every 5th Weekend Friday 5pm-Monday 7am
  • Pay: $2,675 weekly gross (eligible for benefits)

Requirements:
  • Active ARDMS registry
  • American Heart Association BLS Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Abdomen, OB/GYN, Breast and Vascular
About Your Role:
As a Travel Ultrasound Technologist, you will provide high-quality diagnostic sonographic imaging services across various clinical environments. You'll work closely with physicians and medical staff to ensure accurate image capture, patient safety, and compassionate care during each procedure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations in accordance with physician orders and clinical protocols.
  • Capture clear, high-quality images to assist in accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
  • Ensure patient comfort, privacy, and safety throughout each procedure.
  • Communicate effectively with radiologists and care teams to relay critical findings.
  • Maintain ultrasound equipment and perform regular quality control checks.
  • Adhere to all regulatory standards and infection control protocols.
  • Adapt quickly to new environments and support a variety of departments and specialties.
