Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for Tumbler Operator openings in North Branch, MN. Pay & Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $16-$20/hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
• Pay Frequency: Weekly
• Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire
• Location: North Branch, MN

Key Responsibilities

• Operate at least two centrifugal barrel tumblers simultaneously while maintaining production schedules and load times.
• Clean parts and manage tumbling media between processing cycles.
• Assist with material handling, manual deburring, media removal from finished parts, cleaning, and basic assembly tasks.
• Monitor equipment performance and report any operational issues to supervisors.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Qualifications

• Ability to repeatedly lift and carry 35-50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
