📅 Schedule
- Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (½ hour lunch)
- Some weekends required to meet customer demand
- Start times may vary due to weather or customer needs
✅ Basic Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (CDL preferred)
- Understanding of basic mechanical systems
- Ability to travel domestically up to 90% of the time
- Comfortable working outdoors in various environmental conditions
- Willingness to work 10+ hour days when needed
- Reliable and punctual
- Physically capable of:
- Lifting heavy tooling 80% of the time
- Lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
- Lifting pipe clamps weighing 120 lbs with assistance
- Performing field activities (bend, stoop, kneel, climb, etc.)
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Familiarity with farming is a plus
💵 Compensation
- $22-$23/hr based on experience
- Up to $26/hr for candidates with a CDL
- Exceptional candidates may be considered at higher rates-don't hesitate to reach out
