Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

We're a busy, high-traffic staffing agency and we're on the hunt for a Unicorn Recruiter who's equal parts people-person, problem-solver, and organized powerhouse. This is NOT your average front desk gig. We need a unicorn -someone who can have the tough conversations, manage the hustle, and help keep our team running like a well-oiled recruiting machine.

At our office, no two days look alike. One minute you're welcoming walk-ins with a smile, the next you're hosting orientations, and after that you're juggling phone calls like a pro. If the phrase 'fast-paced' makes you grin instead of groan, you might be the magical fit we're looking for.

What You'll Do (Your Magic Tricks)

• Recruit like a rockstar - source, screen, and select top talent like you've got a sixth sense
• Host orientations - make new hires feel at home while explaining policies, dress codes, and safety like a pro MC
• Onboard with flair - get associates paperwork-ready and job-ready
• Be the gatekeeper - manage the call flow, walk-in flow, and general people-flow (all at once, with a smile)
• Keep it real - address attendance, performance, and dress code issues with kindness and confidence
• Do the admin shuffle - data entry, compliance checks, scheduling, and all those little details that make the big picture work

What Makes You Our Unicorn

• Previous office experience required-you've worked the desk, answered the phones, and kept an office moving
• Strong computer knowledge - must be comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other everyday office programs
• You can multitask without losing your sparkle
• You're not afraid of tough conversations, but you deliver them with care
• Organization is your middle name (sticky notes optional but encouraged)
• You thrive on helping people succeed and matching them to the right job
• Experience in staffing/recruiting = extra sparkle points, but not required
