Utility / Clean-Up Associate Pay: $18.00/hourLocation: Albany, OregonShifts Available: Day Shift and Swing Shift We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Utility / Clean-Up Associate to support warehouse and facility maintenance operations. This position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and appearance both inside and outside of the facility while assisting with general upkeep projects. Responsibilities include: Blowing and sweeping warehouse areas Operating a ride-on/drive-on sweeper Scraping and removing grass and weeds around the exterior of the building Mowing and weed eating landscaping areas Assisting with painting projects using paint machines and equipment Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment Following safety procedures and company guidelines Qualifications: Previous industrial, warehouse, landscaping, or janitorial experience preferred Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to operate or learn equipment such as sweepers, mowers, weed eaters, and paint machines Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical labor throughout the shift #albor
