Duties:
- Learn and use web-based project management tools
- Vote creation with ballot and candidates/issues
- Invites and reminder email message creation and scheduling
- Review and upload owner data
- Obtain client approvals
- Monitor vote progress and report results
- Resolve voter issues
- Final results reporting
- Communicate with clients in a timely (same day to acknowledge) and professional manner
- Documenting/filing/processing files
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSAs):
- Fluent in Microsoft Processes
- Extreme Attention to Detail
- Customer Service Experience
- Self-Motivated
- Professional demeanor
Pay: $18-$20/hr
Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8 am- 5 pm
