Key Responsibilities:
- Live our mission statement and TRUEBLUE Values.
- Greet and assist onsite customers at the dock with loading orders.
- Accurately pick, inspect, and package shipments according to company standards.
- Load and unload delivery trucks and other deliveries; verify orders for accuracy.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe; restock materials and customer returns promptly.
- Safely operate company vehicles and warehouse equipment, following all safety regulations.
- Identify issues and suggest process improvements to supervisors.
- Collaborate with other Warehouse Associates to achieve branch and company goals.
- Perform other duties as directed by the Warehouse Manager.
Requirements:
- Dependable with good attendance
- Ability to follow directions and work in a team environment
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment (training provided if needed)
