Express Employment has partnered with an established client in Peru, IL who is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to support daily operations in a fast‑paced distribution environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, solid material‑handling skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup per schedule
- Receive and process stock products
- Ability to use RF gun
- Basic experience warehouse, picking, and packing experience,
- Good math skills
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Follows Warehouse rules and regulations. Meets all safety, quality, productivity, attendance, and company policy standards.
- Good organization and time management skills
- Must be able to frequently push, pull, lift, and carry objects between 5-20 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to occasionally, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, reach/work overhead, and keyboard use/repetitive hand motion.
- Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
