We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to join our growing warehouse team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in shipping, receiving, inventory control, and forklift operation who is looking for a long-term career with a stable company.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and accurately process incoming shipments.
• Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using a sit-down forklift.
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and inventory transactions.
• Organize warehouse locations and ensure materials are properly stored and labeled.
• Verify shipping documents, packing slips, and bills of lading for accuracy.
• Move raw materials and finished goods throughout the warehouse.
• Regularly lift, move, and stack materials weighing 50 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 75 pounds throughout the shift.
• Assist with inventory audits and stock reconciliation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and standard operating procedures.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of recent warehouse experience required.
• At least 3 years of experience in shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
• Minimum 3 years of sit-down forklift experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Experience using RF scanners, inventory systems, or warehouse management systems is preferred.
• Ability to read shipping paperwork, packing slips, and bills of lading.
• Must have recent experience performing physically demanding work, including handling materials weighing 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 75 pounds throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Must be dependable with a strong work ethic and excellent attendance.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to safely lift 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift and lift up to 75 pounds as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, reach, and climb throughout a 10-12 hour shift.
• Ability to frequently push, pull, carry, and move heavy materials.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining safety and productivity standards.
