Key Responsibilities
- Inventory control and execution of cycle counts; assist in review and investigation of discrepancies.
- Prepare and ship/receive international and domestic shipments to/from the company.
- Assist in preparation of all outbound freight and receiving inbound freight, including loading/unloading trucks and containers.
- Maintain inbound/outbound freight records; calculate weights and dimensions using scales and measuring devices.
Expected Results
- Accurate execution of cycle counts and timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Efficient handling of outbound and inbound freight operations.
Skills Required
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and energetic attitude.
- Ability to manage freight documentation effectively.
Experience Required
- Minimum 3-5 years of warehouse/distribution experience.
Qualities Required
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education Requirements
- High school diploma required.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, move, and handle freight; energetic and adaptable to physical tasks.
Equipment Used
- Standard warehouse equipment; multiple openings available.
