Express Employment Professionals of Everett are seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Warehouse Associate/ Order Picker for a company in Marysville, WA. This role is responsible for picking and packing orders, supporting inventory consolidation and movement, and assisting with receiving and shipping operations. The ideal candidate is organized, team-oriented, experienced in warehouse procedures, and not afraid of heights.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.
Pay: $20 per hour

Express Employment Professionals of Everett are seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Warehouse Associate/ Order Picker for a company in Marysville, WA. This role is responsible for picking and packing orders, supporting inventory consolidation and movement, and assisting with receiving and shipping operations. The ideal candidate is organized, team-oriented, experienced in warehouse procedures, and not afraid of heights.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.
Pay: $20 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders using a cherry picker (up to 20 feet high; safety harness required)
- Operate RF scanners to track inventory and order fulfillment
- Assist with inventory consolidation, receiving, and shipping tasks
- Maintain organization and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Prior warehouse experience including picking, packing, and shipping
- Experience operating a cherry picker and/or forklift (certification preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Familiarity with RF scanning technology
- Commitment to safety and teamwork
