Warehouse Clerk| 8:00AM - 5:00PM | Mon-Fri | $19.00/hr

An established contract warehouse operation in Decatur, IL is looking for a Warehouse Clerk. This company provides logistics solutions to a dedicated client serving a world-wide customer base.

Qualifications for Warehouse Clerk

• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to enter data with accuracy
• Ability to multi-task in a busy shipping environment
• Shipping/Receiving experience would be preferred
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Previous telephone customer service experience would be a plus
• Detail oriented and organized

Responsibilities for Warehouse Clerk

• Check drivers in and out of the operations
• Prepare bills-of-lading
• Schedule inbound and outbound loads
• Enter data into the warehouse management system
• Track returned shipments
• Answer phones
• Communicate shipping schedules to customers and warehouse staff
• Audit inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy
• Resolve inventory discrepancies
