Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Receive, move, organize, and stage warehouse materials.
- Operate a forklift, pallet jack, and reach truck.
- Assist with inventory control and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Verify quantities and inspect materials as they are received or shipped.
- Properly store and organize products and materials.
- Prepare materials and orders for shipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines.
- Lift and move materials weighing 50 lbs. or more on a regular basis.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum of 1 year of recent warehouse experience.
- Previous forklift/fork truck operating experience required.
- Recent experience regularly lifting 50 lbs. or more as part of the job.
- Experience using material-handling equipment such as pallet jacks and reach trucks.
- Ability to safely load and unload trucks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate inventory.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift.
