Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, material handling, staging, and inventory movement
- Coordinate workflow to ensure timely delivery of materials to production areas
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts and discrepancy resolution
- Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Train and support warehouse staff to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and proper documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse experience, including leadership or lead responsibilities
- Strong understanding of material flow, inventory control, and warehouse best practices
- Forklift experience required; certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Comfortable using basic computer systems for inventory and documentation
- Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to lead by example
