We are seeking a hands-on and highly organized Warehouse Manager to lead and coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations. This role requires a motivated individual with strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and experience in inventory control and warehouse logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping/distribution
- Maintain accurate inventory by conducting regular physical counts and reconciling with internal records
- Manage fleet operations and coordinate purchase orders
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards; inspect equipment and issue maintenance work orders
- Supervise warehouse staff and ensure timely completion of daily tasks
- Monitor productivity and follow up on work results to maintain high performance
- Foster a team-oriented, safety-first work environment
Qualifications:
- Prior forklift experience required
- Strong computer skills for inventory and shipping/receiving software
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Proven experience in inventory control and warehouse management
- Valid driver's license in good standing
- Strong communication and leadership skills
