In this role, you will support warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, inventory management, and light production tasks, including mixing materials to customer specifications and preparing products for shipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials
- Operate a forklift to move, stage, and transport materials
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for accurate and timely shipment
- Mix paint/materials to customer specifications
- Assist with inventory tracking and maintain organized stock levels
- Support light production tasks such as packaging finished goods
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production and shipping goals
Qualifications
- Experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or production environments
- REQUIRED: Experience using UPS WorldShip or FedEx shipping systems
- Forklift experience required (sit-down preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift
- Basic computer skills for inventory and shipping tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, dependable, and quality-focused work ethic
