Warehouse Parts Runner

The Parts Runner is responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of parts and materials between the warehouse, job sites, and other locations as needed. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining efficient operations by ensuring that necessary components are available when and where they are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver parts, tools, and supplies to and from the warehouse, job sites, or vendors.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups, including signing off on invoices and ensuring correct quantities.
• Assist in organizing and stocking warehouse inventory when not making deliveries.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure parts and materials are in good condition before delivery.
• Load and unload parts safely, following proper handling procedures.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse personnel, technicians, and management regarding delivery schedules and any issues encountered.
• Follow all safety and company policies while performing job duties.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy parts and materials (up to [specify weight, e.g., 50 lbs]).
• Basic knowledge of automotive, industrial, or construction parts (preferred).

Work Environment:

Work in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust.
