Job Description:
As an E-Commerce Fulfillment and Warehouse Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that customers receive their online orders promptly and in perfect condition. This position involves building and packing customer shipments, preparing pallets for bulk orders, and maintaining organization within a frozen warehouse environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Accurately and efficiently build and pack individual customer orders
- Prepare and assemble boxes with proper packing and labeling
- Build and secure bulk order pallets for outbound shipments
- Safely operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the frozen warehouse
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs promptly
- Follow all safety procedures and food storage compliance standards
- Assist with other warehouse tasks to support overall operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in e-commerce fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle heavy pallets
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Skilled in operating pallet jacks
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
- Comfortable working in cold, frozen warehouse conditions
- Basic computer proficiency for order processing and inventory tracking
- Dependable, punctual, and collaborative team player
- Familiarity with food safety regulations a plus
