As a Wedding Attendant, you will play a key role in supporting the setup, coordination, and breakdown of wedding events. You'll assist guests, work closely with event coordinators, and ensure every moment runs perfectly. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, teamwork, and a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup and teardown of wedding décor, tables, chairs, linens, and signage
• Greet and direct guests upon arrival; provide assistance as needed
• Support the wedding coordinator with event flow, timeline, and logistics
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of event areas throughout the event
• Coordinate with catering and venue staff to ensure timely service
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, bridal parties, and vendors
• Monitor event areas for safety, spills, or hazards and address promptly
• Help with end-of-event cleanup and equipment storage

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, events, or customer service preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Dependable, punctual, and professional appearance
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods
• Flexible schedule - must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays
