Key Responsibilities
- Set up welding jobs and follow established production processes
- Manufacture parts according to representative samples, templates, fixtures, blueprints, and routers
- Perform in-process inspections to ensure quality and accuracy
- Accurately record production times and job details
- Handle raw materials and finished products safely
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and care
- Operate a tow motor (forklift) as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of welding experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- TIG welding experience preferred (MIG experience a plus)
- Ability to pass a written and hands-on weld test (H (2F) position with multiple weld sizes)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding prints
- Experience operating or ability to learn tow motor / forklift operation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
