Location: Arlington, WA
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay: $21-$23 per hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities
- Perform hard wire welding in the weld shop
- Fabricate building and trailer frames out of steel
- Cope, cut, and fit all pieces together accurately
- Use hard wire for all welds to ensure strong, clean joints
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Assist with other shop duties as needed
Requirements
- Previous welding experience required
- Ability to read and follow fabrication instructions
- Skilled in coping, cutting, and fitting steel components
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-conscious
