Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on steel components
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols
- Ensure welds meet quality standards and specifications
- Inspect finished welds and perform necessary repairs
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous welding experience (MIG required; TIG a plus)
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Welding certifications preferred but not required
