Welder/Fabricator

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Welder Fabricator to join our client's team, a leading provider of fencing solutions. As a Welder Fabricator, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures and components to create high-quality fencing products. You will work with a variety of materials, including steel and aluminum, and utilize welding equipment and tools to complete projects according to specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements.
• Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components using welding techniques and equipment.
• Measure and cut materials to ensure precise fit and alignment.
• Operate welding equipment safely and effectively to join metal parts.
• Inspect welds and ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good condition and report any defects or malfunctions.
• Follow safety procedures and protocols at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Welder Fabricator or similar role.
• Proficient in MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials and work in various positions.
• Welding certification (e.g., AWS) preferred.
