This position is mainly focused on the fabrication of gates and other project components. We offer

Job Description:
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications to fabricate gates and other
project components as necessary.
• Operating various metalworking equipment such as saws, grinders, and welders to
cut, shape, and assemble fence components.
• Ensuring that all fabricated metal fence meet quality standards and specifications.
• Performing routine maintenance and repairs on metalworking equipment to ensure
their proper functioning.
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely
completion of projects.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
• Proven experience as a Fabricator or similar role.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of metalworking techniques and equipment.
• Ability to operate various metalworking tools and machinery safely and accurately.
• Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to work as a part of a dynamic team and able to adjust as needs arise
