Express Employment is seeking a skilled Welder to join our manufacturing team. The Welder will be responsible for assembling and welding metal components. This position plays a key role in producing high-quality metal parts used in a variety of industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG, TIG, or Stick welding on steel and other metals as required
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders
• Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect welded components to ensure quality standards and structural integrity
• Grind, clean, and finish welded surfaces as needed
• Maintain welding equipment and tools in proper working condition

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
• Ability to read technical drawings and welding symbols
• Knowledge of MIG welding required; TIG experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
