Express Employment Professionals is hiring MIG and TIG Welders for a custom manufacturing company in Batavia. Candidates do not need experience with both processes — strong experience in either MIG or TIG welding is welcome.

What You'll Do

• Perform MIG or TIG welding on custom manufactured components
• Read and follow work instructions, drawings, and specifications
• Fit, position, and weld components accurately
• Inspect completed welds for quality and consistency
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

What We're Looking For

• Previous MIG or TIG welding experience
• Ability to produce clean, consistent welds
• Blueprint reading and fabrication experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

Pay: $19+/hr, based on experience

Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday
