Pay & Schedule
- $25.00-$36.00 per hour, depending on experience / qualifications
- Two shifts available:
- Day shift: Monday - Friday 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (with OT every other Saturday)
- Swing shift: Monday - Thursday 2:30 p.m. - 1 a.m. (with OT every other Friday)
- Full-time, permanent position
Welder/Fabricator Responsibilities
- Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on structural and fabricated components
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld specifications
- Layout, punch, grind, drill, and fabricate materials
- Operate fabrication equipment and industrial machinery
- Measure materials accurately using a tape measure
- Perform basic math calculations related to fabrication and production
- Handle materials and support production operations
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
- Cross-train in additional manufacturing and production functions as needed
Welder Qualifications
- Must have solid previous experience in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong mechanical aptitude and equipment operation skills
- Proficient with tape measure readings and basic shop math
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials in an industrial environment
- Strong commitment to workplace safety

- Structural steel, fabrication, or heavy industrial welding experience
