What You'll Be Doing:

• Monitor product quality to ensure standards are consistently met
• Assemble components according to customer specifications and quality guidelines
• Keep work area neat and organized in line with 5S standards
• Follow all safety procedures and report potential issues promptly
• Assist in other work areas as needed and promote teamwork
• Complete production reports and documentation accurately

What You Bring to the Team:

• Experience using hand tools (tape measure, air drill, pneumatic tools, fixed straight-cut saw)
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Strong focus and ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision
• Flexibility to work occasional overtime or additional shifts
• Positive attitude and dependable work ethic

Job Details:

• Pay: $18+/hour, based on experience
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, weekends off for work-life balance
