This Yard Coordinator / Vehicle Receiving Associate role supports an automotive yard operation in Wentzville, Missouri. You will be responsible for receiving, labeling, staging, and tracking vehicles while ensuring the yard remains organized, efficient, and compliant with safety and driving procedures. This is an outdoor, fast-paced role with responsibility for vehicle flow and accuracy across all shifts.
What We Offer
- Pay: $19.43-$20.96 per hour (depending on shift assigned)

What You'll Be Doing
- Receive all vehicles entering the yard and properly label them according to process
- Stage vehicles accurately based on destination, repair status, or shipment requirements
- Coordinate shipping of vehicles offsite for repairs
- Identify, flag, and stage mis-shipped vehicles following company procedures
- Monitor vehicle status using internal systems and maintain yard organization, cleanliness, and safety
To Be Considered, You Must Meet the Following:
- Direct experience in a yard coordinator, vehicle receiving, logistics, or automotive yard role
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no accidents within the last 6 months)
- Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook and Excel
- Ability to work outdoors year-round in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to safety and efficiency
