Job Description:
Express Employment is seeking a motivated Yard Welder to join a growing team in Pompano Beach. This is an evaluation hire, with the opportunity to transition to direct employment with the company after 90 days. Responsibilities:

• Perform basic welding tasks under guidance from experienced welders.
• Assist with assembling, repairing, and maintaining metal structures and equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies while operating welding equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Inspect work for quality and accuracy.
• Support yard operations as needed, including material handling and equipment movement.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic welding knowledge or training required; additional on-the-job training provided.
• Ability to read and follow instructions, plans, and technical drawings.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Physical ability to lift and move materials, stand for long periods, and work in outdoor conditions.
