Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with equipment rentals and returns
- Load and unload rental equipment safely
- Perform basic maintenance, cleaning, and inspections on rental equipment
- Help keep the yard, shop, and showroom clean and organized
- Provide customer service at the front desk, including answering questions and processing rentals
- Assist with inventory organization and general shop duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (with assistance when needed)
- Basic mechanical knowledge or willingness to learn small equipment maintenance
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
