Aerospace Business Analyst

Location: West Chester, OH

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT for ERP-related initiatives, with a focus on PLEX ERP systems.
• Analyze, document, and improve business processes across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, finance, and human resources functions.
• Lead requirements gathering, functional design, system testing, and implementation of ERP enhancements and process improvements.
• Configure and support ERP modules including production, inventory, purchasing, quality, shop floor control, and HR.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data queries to support operational performance and decision-making.
• Troubleshoot ERP system issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and external vendors.
• Support user training, SOP documentation, system upgrades, integrations, data migrations, and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 3-7+ years of Business Analyst experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as PLEX, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms; PLEX experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes including MRP, BOMs, production scheduling, inventory control, and quality systems.
• Experience with reporting tools, dashboards, and data analysis platforms.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder.
