- Assist with surface preparation including scraping, sanding, masking, and cleaning
- Set up and break down ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment
- Load and unload tools, paint, and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE
- Support painters with tasks such as taping, covering furniture, and moving materials
- Perform minor repairs or patchwork as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
