Key Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and material handling
- Load and unload building materials and tools
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision
- Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, masons, electricians, etc.)
- Dig trenches, set forms, and pour concrete
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures
- Perform other general labor tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices
- Steel-toe boots and appropriate workwear required
