What You Will Do
- Troubleshoot and repair food processing and production equipment
- Diagnose motors, electrical components, and mechanical systems
- Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled repairs
- Complete welding and minor fabrication work as needed
- Replace bearings, belts, motors, switches, and other worn components
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and help restore production
- Inspect machinery for developing maintenance concerns
- Document completed repairs and communicate unresolved problems
- Coordinate maintenance activity with production and sanitation teams
- Follow food safety, lockout/tagout, and workplace safety requirements
What We Are Looking For
- Previous industrial maintenance or manufacturing equipment repair experience
- Mechanical troubleshooting ability
- Experience working with industrial motors and electrical components
- Welding or fabrication skills are strongly preferred
- Food processing or meat processing experience is a plus
- Bilingual English and Spanish skills are helpful
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced production environment
- Availability for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift
