Candidates should bring a strong industrial electrical background, a strong mechanical background, or a meaningful combination of both. You must be able to diagnose equipment problems and make sound repair decisions in an active production environment.

What You Will Do
- Troubleshoot production and packaging line equipment
- Perform mechanical or electrical repairs based on your area of expertise
- Complete equipment startups, shutdowns, and product changeovers
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance
- Diagnose motors, sensors, switches, drives, conveyors, and mechanical components
- Make equipment adjustments to improve reliability and product flow
- Respond quickly to production breakdowns
- Identify recurring equipment problems and communicate repair needs
- Document maintenance activity and completed repairs
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and equipment safety procedures
What We Are Looking For
- Proven industrial maintenance or line technician experience
- Strong mechanical or industrial electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to diagnose equipment failures without relying solely on trial and error
- Experience with production, packaging, conveying, or processing equipment
- Food manufacturing experience is preferred
- Strong communication and dependable follow-through
- Availability for 3rd shift
