Inside Sales Representative
A growing supplier of construction equipment and industrial products is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join their team. This role focuses on helping customers find the right solutions, providing quotes, processing orders, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Location: Needham, MA
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and in person
- Provide product guidance, pricing, and order support
- Make outbound calls to develop new business and support existing accounts
- Follow up on quotes and customer requests to drive repeat business
- Collaborate with warehouse and operations to ensure timely fulfillment
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and ERP systems
- Assist outside sales team and branch locations as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience in inside sales, customer service, or technical support in construction, industrial supply, or related industries
- Strong communication skills and customer-focused approach
- Ability to understand technical product specifications and recommend solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM/ERP experience preferred
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
