Maintenance Mechanics Needed!

A company in North Fort Worth is seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join their dynamic team.

Maintenance Mechanic Schedule:

1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Monday - Saturday)

Maintenance Mechanic Pay: 25/hour

Maintenance Mechanic Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair machines, engines, and mechanical systems
• Troubleshoot and repair conveyors, gearboxes, chains, sprockets, and pneumatic systems
• Perform forklift operation, basic repairs, and preventative maintenance
• Follow GMP, safety, and company procedures in manufacturing environments
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to prioritize tasks
• Work in varied environments, including hot ovens, confined spaces, and uncontrolled temperatures

Maintenance Mechanic Requirements:

• 4+ years of mechanical maintenance experience in manufacturing
• Strong mechanical aptitude with problem-solving and repair skills
• Basic math, computer, and writing skills; ability to read blueprints
• Forklift operation (certification preferred)
• Must provide own basic mechanic tools
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb stairs/ladders, and work safely with non-slip footwear
• Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing tasks
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
