What You'll Do
- Install, service, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical systems in residential and light commercial settings.
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and component replacements.
- Use hand tools and power tools to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
- Climb ladders and work at heights when required.
- Travel to job sites using your own vehicle and maintain accurate service documentation.
- Follow safety procedures, job specs, and company standards at all times.
What We're Looking For
- Strong mechanical aptitude; prior hands-on experience preferred but not required.
- Interest in learning mechanical systems, pumps, motors, valves, and controls.
- Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor or confined environments.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently in the field.
- Millwright, maintenance, service tech, or apprentice-level background is a plus.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable personal vehicle.
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting, climbing, and working in varied conditions.
