Schedule: Monday-Friday

Metal Manufacturing Inc. is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MIG Welder to join our 2nd shift production team. This role is ideal for an experienced welder who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding on metal components according to specifications and blueprints
• Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and work instructions
• Set up and operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently
• Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and compliance with standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
• Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines

Skills & Requirements:

• MIG welding experience in a manufacturing setting (required)
• Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Familiarity with welding tools and equipment
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
