As a Process Technician (Production Operator), you will help keep production running smoothly by operating and monitoring essential equipment such as:
- Molding presses
- Dryers & grinders
- Thermolators
- Material mixers
- Scales for accurate weighing
- Molds and related production components
You'll also:
- Perform visual inspections and take accurate quality measurements
- Follow ISO procedures and documented work instructions
- Use SPC techniques to maintain product consistency
- Work with precision tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, plug gauges)
- Keep your work area clean, safe, and well-organized
