Repair Technician (4 Openings)
Job Summary
We are currently hiring for 4 Repair Technician positions to join our production team on first shift. In this role, you will repair small components with precision to ensure they meet quality standards before returning to production. Responsibilities
- Repair small components according to quality standards.
- Inspect parts before and after repairs to ensure they meet specifications.
- Follow detailed work instructions and production procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of completed repairs and quality checks.
- Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe.
- Work closely with the production and quality teams to resolve repair issues.
- Follow all safety policies and company procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous repair, manufacturing, assembly, or production experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with small parts.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
- Comfortable sitting for extended periods while performing repetitive, precision-based tasks.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Working Conditions
- Position requires sitting for most of the workday.
- Frequent use of hand tools while repairing small, delicate components.

Schedule & Pay
- 4 Full-Time Openings
- First Shift (6 am- 2:30 pm )
- Monday-Friday (schedule may vary based on production needs)
- Starting pay: $17.00+ per hour,
