We're looking for a Robotic Welder to join a well-established machine shop in Williamsport, IN! This position is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, pays close attention to detail, and takes pride in producing quality parts.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Operate a robotic welder by placing parts into the machine and initiating the weld cycle
• Inspect and check weld quality to ensure parts meet specifications
• Operate a shop blaster to smooth finishes on completed parts
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

What You Bring to the Table:

• Previous experience in robotic welding, MIG/TIG welding, or quality inspection preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot weld defects
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
