Express Employment has partnered with a growing Manufacturing company looking for Welders! You will be performing welding operations on metal parts used in farm equipment, ensuring strength, durability, and quality standards in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG / wire-feed / arc welding on steel components
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop orders, and measurements
- Inspect parts for defects and ensure they meet specs
- Grind, file, or adjust parts for proper fit
- Move materials using hoists, pallet jacks, or hand trucks
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Follow PPE and safety requirements at all times
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
- Welding equipment (MIG, arc, etc.)
- Pass a Welding Test
